Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality for the Account.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transfers and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Deposit transactions are typically credited to the Member's Wallet within three minutes of confirmed receipt by abo77's payment processing systems. Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within one hour for e-wallets and within three hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to additional verification requirements.
abo77 does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility and are not within abo77's control.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the abo77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
